SEET has completed 33 Mega projects so far mostly in the disciplines of Sustainable Livelihood, Sanitary & Hygiene, IEC, Renewable Energy and Skill Development. Some of them are:
1. Installation of 100 Modular Toilets in Boys and Girls Schools of Haryana & Bihar. The project was funded by NTPC
2. IEC project for NAMAMI GANGE—Motivation of one lakh Households on the bank of river Ganga And Yamuna for installation of sewer connections.
3. Motivation of 5000 Urban Poor Residents for construction of toilets in their premises under SMART CITY PROGRAM AT ROURKELA (ODISHA)
4.District Poverty Initiatives Project Rajasthan (DPIP)-1, Block Rajgarh, Churu. Rajasthan, funded by World Bank.
5.RIF project --Lac Cultivation & Processing on Lac host plant “FLEMINGIA SEMIALATA” at Nuagaon Block ,funded by NABARD.
6.Integrated Agro Organic Farming & Wasteland Development through Short duration cultivable Lac-Host Plantation of Flemingia Semialata Roxb. at Dist. Sundergarh, Odisha, India, funded by UNDP-GEF Small Grant Program.
7. PMKVY-1,Skill Development--Sustainable livelihood skill development program at Odisha, W. Bengal, Assam, MP, UP, Karnatka, Rajasthan, Haryana & J&K. The project is funded by Ministry of Skill Development (MSME), Govt. of India.
8. Forest based Sustainable Livelihood-Skill Development and Capacity building initiative at Dist. Sundergarh, funded by Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd. (BHEL) .
9.SURYAMITRA--Skill Development and placement in Solar energy, funded by National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE).
10. Skill Upgradation of Tribal women of Odisha ,India ,funded by DRDA.
11. MGNAREGA Program in Dist. Sidharthnagar ,UP ,funded by Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India

Eco-restoration and pollution control: Training on our waste management systems and efforts to restore local biodiversity also on Implementation of sustainable hygiene practices and pollution mitigation.
Our empowerment initiatives build leadership, confidence, and participation in local decision-making through life-skills workshops, peer groups, and community leadership circles. We support young people and women to develop communication, financial capability, and problem-solving skills so they can represent community needs and contribute to inclusive, resilient development.
We promote healthier communities through WASH behavior-change initiatives that focus on safe water handling, hygiene practices, and sanitation usage. Through community campaigns, school-based sessions, and local champions, we work to reduce preventable illness and improve dignity, especially for children and caregivers.
